| Discuss AIEEE 2008 Review
The AIEEE 2008 Paper was held all across the country today (27 Apr 2008). The paper had equal distribution of questions and marks in each subject. TheAIEEE paper this year had 35 questions in all three subjects and each question carried 3 marks for correct answer and -1 mark for incorrect answer. The Maths section had assertion and reasoning type questions while the Physics section had a passage. Experts have gone through the paper and have made the following analysis :
- The pattern change has made the paper a bit difficult
- No. of questions reduced to help students score more
- Overall difficulty level increased
The expected AIEEE 2008 cut off posted is based on initial impressions, this will be updated later and details of expected ranks based on marks will also be posted.
Experts have gone over the paper thoroughly and have taken feedback from many students who appeared for AIEEE 2008 and have compiled the list of the rank you can expect on the marks you are expecting in AIEEE 2008.
Actual AIEEE 2007 ranks according to marks obtained in AIEEE 2007:

Some of the Best colleges affter a good rank through AIEEE or CET
Community Opinion/Answers
If you have good rank in AIEEE or any other entrance exam than it is very easy to get admission in any of govt or private engineering college but you haven’t this so one of the way is that read the prospects of private engineering colleges and get the total information about any of the college which will suit you.
This is not a difficult task because e huge engineering colleges are in the education market. So many universities are especially in Rajasthan, Punjab, Hariyana, Delhi, Maharastra etc. and they have batter facilities and best colleges all around India. Some well known universities are Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Guru Jambeshwar University (GJU), Punjab Technical University (PTU), and new one is Lovely Professional University Jalandhar, which is on its high. According to current information Punjab now has 41 and Haryana has 36 such private colleges. Out of a total of 12,410 seats, there are no takers for 4,000. It depends on you that what you like or which type of education you want to get. Some of the best private colleges according to me are:
1) BITS, Pilani (Rajasthan)
RV College of Engineering, Bangalore
2) PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu)
3) Thapar Inst. of Engineering & Technology, Patiala (Punjab)
4) Dhirubhai Ambani Inst. of Infocom. Tech Gandhinagar (Gujarat)
5) Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal
6) Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore
7) SSN College of Engineering, Chennai
9) Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology, New Delhi
10) Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh (UT)
Best Wishes

If you want to get admission in Rajasthan then it is the best. Because Rajasthan is the state, where so many institutes are available for engineering. Above 60 engg. Colleges are available in the Rajasthan for further study. So many best colleges in the Rajasthan like Bits, Pilani etc. But for that you have to get a good rank in AIEEE for a best Engineering college. You will get a choice for your Engineering if you have a good rank and seats are available. Other wise you can apply any of the private college of Rajasthan. On the merit base of 12th marks you will be selected. This is also a way because some of the private college also has good facilities as well as other. These are the best colleges in Rajasthan for Engineering.
